Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Head projects with overall responsibility from conception through close-out.Budgeting and Financial Management: Craft and manage project budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and cost-effective solutions.Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion without compromising quality.Estimating Proficiency: Provide accurate and comprehensive project estimates, laying the foundation for successful project planning.Contract Management: Manage contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents.Payment Approvals: Review and approve contractor payments, maintaining financial transparency and integrity.Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction or a related field.Experience: Five or more years of proven project manager/superintendent experience in design-build type commercial construction projects, specifically handling projects ranging from $1M to $20M.Why Join Wolgast:
