Pay is hourly with monthly incentives.

Provides a variety of customer services through inbound calls, outbound calls, email, and online web applications. Serves as liaison between the clients and our agents. Establish, build & maintain mutually beneficial relationships with assigned clients. Follow up and update all accounts until repossessed or cancelled by the client.

• Maintain a pleasant and professional relationship with clients while relaying info between repossession agent and client either by telephone, email, and client system.
• Responsible for assigning out repossession orders to correct areas.
• Resolves customer questions, complaints, and requests.
• Update all accounts that are out for repossession as needed per client requirements.
• Enter all data into the various computer programs; edit/publish agent updates for the client to view.
• Have the ability to think through and follow up on tips and leads in order to be as effective as possible; including basic skip‑tracing.
• Assist the office in answering the phones and basic administrative duties as necessary.
• Knowledge of the UCC and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
• Customer Service orientated at all times.

• Excellent verbal/written communication and problem‑solving skills required.
• Excellent navigation skills for internet, Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Previous customer service experience desired.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
