Location: Washington Avenue Branch – Saginaw, MI Schedule: 24-28 hours/week (Monday through Saturday)

As a Part-Time Member Service Rep, you'll be the face of Jolt for our members – greeting them with a smile, helping them navigate financial transactions, and recommending products that improve their financial well‑being.
You’ll work between 24-28 hours a week, including some Saturdays from 8:30am-12:30pm. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people and delivering top‑notch service in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver service to both members and coworkers that is in alignment with our Service Promise: “Giving it All We've Got, Every Day and Everywhere”
- Credit union product promotion and recommendations
- Verifying cash in drawer at beginning and end of day
- Processing deposits, loan payments, VISA payments, and other types of payments
- Disbursing account withdrawals and cashing checks
- Process other teller transactions relative to accounts, credit cards, loans, etc.
- Issuing Cashier's checks
- Cashing U.S. Savings Bonds
- Responding to member inquiries (interest rates, account balances, etc.)
- Assisting with balancing branch, vault, ATM, etc.
- Protecting the credit union from fraud
- Prior experience in customer service is a must (cash handling, teller, or sales experience a bonus!)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- High attention to detail and a knack for accuracy
- Confidence, patience, and a positive attitude
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet during shifts
