Description

Join a growing organization in Michigan! Seeking an eager and dedicated full-time BC/BC pathologist.

• Assist in the preparation and performance of human tissue examinations
• Complete dissection provide description of certain surgical cases daily
• Selects and submits appropriate sections for routine microscopic examinations, frozen sections, etc.
• Covers clinical laboratory, including blood bank
• Supports surgical department for select procedures
• Surgical pathology, GI pathology, GU pathology, neuropathology, dermatopathology, hematopathology, cytology (No GYN cytology specimen)

Requirements

• AP/CP certified pathologist
• Active State of Michigan License or eligible to apply

Backfill for departed physician

Practice Details

This position will be located on the campus of My Michigan Medical Center Saginaw. There are 35 to 40 case reads per day, split between two pathologists.
