• Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate progress to parents and guardians.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Valid teaching certification or license for the relevant grade level and subject area.
• Proven experience as a classroom teacher, preferably in a general education setting.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
