TO QUALIFY: You must have a BS in engineering or at least ten years of equivalent engineering experience in plastics extrusion manufacturing.

We are search consultants to the manufacturing industry with a specialization in leadership roles. Our firm has been retained by a near $12BB US based manufacturing giant to find a process engineer for one of its subsidiaries. This is a newly created position due to this organization's growth and addition of product lines. This opportunity is based in Central Michigan; our client will pay for relocation.

The subsidiary is a thirteen plant division that was acquired several years ago. The plant is the flagship and HQ plant that does PVC extrusion, lamination, metal fabrication and light assembly. With this being the HQ plant, there is a lot of career growth potential there versus having to relocate for a promotion. Though, if relocation is in your future desires, remember this division is part of a multi billion dollar North American conglomerate, cross leveling into other divisions is possible.

This is a great time to join our client, they have completed multiple acquisitions and have established their new North American organization. They are poised for incredible growth and are positioned to become the dominant player in their space in North America.

This is a headquarters based positioned. Our client has both their HQ and flagship plant in mid Michigan. Relocation is paid. Compensation is what we consider to be above industry averages, and they have one of the most aggressive 401K matching and additional company contribution matching plans available today..
