As an Associate Banker within Chase, you will represent our brand and culture with the utmost hospitality, using the latest banking solutions and cutting‑edge financial technology combined with friendly and attentive service. Your role will significantly contribute to the branch’s success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients achieve their financial goals.

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service: greeting clients as they enter the branch, making them feel appreciated, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling client meetings.
• Exceed client expectations while assisting with day‑to‑day transactions, opening new accounts, and complying with all policies, procedures, regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate clients on technology self‑service options such as the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs to meet their banking needs anytime, anywhere.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.

• Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations through attentive, friendly service and a welcoming environment.
• Ability to build trusted relationships by demonstrating genuine care and concern in client interactions.
• Ability to engage clients by communicating clearly and politely, anticipating their needs.
• Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail, ensuring a consistent client experience.
• Ability to elevate the client experience by working collaboratively as a team to deliver seamless service with care and sincerity.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
• Cash handling experience.
