- Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives through in-person and virtual communications
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and advocacy groups
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners such as marketing and medical communications teams
- Uphold the highest ethical standards in accordance with FDA guidelines and industry best practices
- BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track of meeting sales objectives
- Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams, exhibiting leadership skills
- Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools (e.g., , Oracle, SAP)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with residence in the assigned geographic territory
- Master's degree in science or related field with 2+ years of similar experience
- Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
- Familiarity with specialty pharmacy distribution
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial attitude and a passion for purposeful work
