• 4 ORs, 2-3 Endo Rooms
• Case mix: GI/Endo - 4,800 cases annually, Surgical - 4,600 cases annually, Ortho, Uro, Plastics – standard outpatient cases
• EMR: EPIC
• Shift types: 8‑hour shifts
• No nights, no call, no weekends

• Active MI license
• NBCRNA Certification
