Role Description

This full‑time hybrid role, based in Saginaw, MI, offers flexibility with some work‑from‑home options. As a Human Resources Director, you will lead and manage the HR department, ensuring compliance with labor laws, developing HR policies, overseeing employee performance management processes, and addressing employee relations matters. You will actively collaborate with leadership to shape a positive company culture, manage talent acquisition, and ensure compliance with employment regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR), including workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR Policies and understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience in Employee Relations and Performance Management to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, SPHR) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
• Familiarity with HR software and systems is preferred.
