• Support Epic’s growth as it expands its offerings and enters new global markets.
• Negotiate multi‑million‑dollar license and service agreements with renowned healthcare organizations worldwide.
• Own challenging projects such as forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.
• Ensure compliance with existing and emerging legal frameworks in the US and abroad.
• Manage litigation and other dispute resolution matters.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to incorporate legal considerations into product development.

• Strong academic and professional background.
• Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges.
• Motivated to learn about a wide range of topics, including intellectual property, privacy, general corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management.
