This position reports to the District Manager.

• Lead daily operations to meet or exceed sales goals and profitability targets, while upholding brand standards and company policies.
• Develop and manage restaurant teams, including coaching, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through consistent service, quality food, and clean environments.
• Apply available systems and processes to maximize profits and optimize operations.
• Partner with the District Manager and leadership team to drive performance and compliance.

• Minimum two years management experience
• High school education
• Quick Service Restaurant Experience required
• Valid Driver's License
