Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Maintenance Director to oversee all maintenance operations at our Saginaw facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the maintenance team, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of all equipment and facilities, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

• Lead, supervise, and develop the maintenance team to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all maintenance activities including preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance.
• Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and procurement of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to support production goals and facility improvements.
• Analyze maintenance data and metrics to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee vendor relationships and contract negotiations related to maintenance services.
• Develop and maintain maintenance documentation, reports, and records.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred not required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software (CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance needs.
