Compensation

  • $3.40 per hour hero pay
  • $6,000 Sign on Bonus for full‑time (or $3,000 for part‑time)

Scheduling
  • 8 or 12 hour shifts – all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
  • Full‑time position
  • 12‑hour shift available:
    Full Time Day Shift – 6 AM – 6:30 PM
  • 8‑hour shift available:
    Full Time Afternoon Shift – 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
  • Administer medications as prescribed, advising patients and families on medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition.
  • Provide preventative and supportive care directed at patients’ physiologic and psychosocial well‑being.
  • Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
  • Oversee the Nurse Aide team, giving direction and assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
Qualifications
  • Current license to practice as a Practical Nurse (LPN) in Michigan; current CPR certification.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or higher.
  • High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care, and develop solutions to complex problems concerning well‑being.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
  • Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
