• Per diem rate: $180/hour
• Medical professional liability insurance

• 4 ORs, 2‑3 Endo Rooms
• Case mix: GI/Endo – 4,800 cases annually, Surgical – 4,600 cases annually, Ortho, Uro, Plastics – standard outpatient cases
• EMR: EPIC
• Shift types: 8‑hour shifts
• No nights, no call, no weekends
• Great work/life balance opportunity

• Active Michigan license
• NBCRNA Certification
• ALS/BLS Certifications
