We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team in Saginaw. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all nursing operations, ensuring high‑quality patient care, and fostering a positive work environment.

• Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and standards.
• Manage staffing levels, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of nursing personnel.
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and administrative staff to coordinate patient care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Monitor and improve patient care quality and safety initiatives.
• Prepare and manage nursing budgets and resources effectively.
• Promote professional development and continuing education for nursing staff.
• Address and resolve patient and staff concerns in a timely and effective manner.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required;
  Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Proficient in healthcare software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
