Starting at $35

• Full‑time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and voluntary products.
• Part‑time employees (29 or fewer hours per week) are eligible for voluntary life, short‑term disability, long‑term disability, accident, critical illness, identity protection, and cyber monitoring.
• Benefits start on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment.

• Work with caregivers to ensure the principles of assisted living and Bickford’s culture are integrated into all aspects of resident care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance.
• Communicate proactively and effectively with residents/families to enhance their engagement.
• Ensure residents receive medications/treatments as prescribed by their physician.
• Coordinate health care services with external care providers and physicians to meet resident needs.
• Make recommendations to the RNC for quality external care providers in the community.

• LPN or RN license.
• Willing to take additional training or education as required by specific states.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Competent in organizational and time‑management skills.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
