• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
• Record patient data and vital signs accurately and thoroughly
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including ensuring proper infection control procedures
• Report any changes or concerns to nursing staff and participate in handovers
• Support residents with rehabilitation and restorative care programs

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Michigan
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients safely and efficiently
