We are growing and need your culinary expertise along with leadership. As Executive Chef you will lead a dynamic team, motivate staff, and collaborate with dietitians to deliver quality menus that satisfy residents.

• Organize and direct the culinary team and management staff.
• Help in the preparation and design of all food and drink menus.
• Work together with dietitians on menus and offerings for residents.
• Produce high‑quality plates.
• Ensure the kitchen operates timely and meets quality standards.
• Lead and develop the team, manage conflict and resolution.
• Manage and train kitchen staff, establish schedules, and assess performance.
• Order supplies and maintain inventory appropriately.
• Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef.
• Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Excellent record of kitchen and staff management.
• Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations.
• Familiar with industry best practices.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, restaurant management software, and POS.
• BS degree in culinary science or related certificate a plus.
• Culinary experience: 3 years (Preferred).
• Cooking: 3 years (Preferred).
• Kitchen management: 3 years (Preferred).

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef.
• Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
