- Prepping, cooking, and plating Beef 'O' Brady's menu items according to recipe specs
- Take pride in preparing quality food and providing fast service to keep guests happy
- Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling & storage
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Keep equipment clean and the work area organized
- Complete duties without constant supervision
- Minimum age 18 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements
- Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
- Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English
- Able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven, and other kitchen equipment
- Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds
- Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment
$12.00 - $18.00 per hour
