Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at our Saginaw location. The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant during their assigned shift. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant during assigned shift
• Ensure that all employees are following company policies and procedures
• Train and develop new employees
• Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Ensure that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
