- Customize insurance solutions to meet individual needs, goals, and lifestyles.
- Explain insurance products and coverages in a clear, approachable manner.
- Generate new business through proactive outreach, including cold and warm calling.
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long‑term customers.
- Perform comprehensive policy reviews to ensure optimal coverage.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for success.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and professional skills.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions.

- Prior insurance or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Active Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health Licenses are required at time of hire.
- Strong background in client‑facing roles is highly encouraged.
- Must demonstrate reliability, integrity, and a strong ethical foundation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
- Highly self‑motivated with a goal‑oriented mindset.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required.
