Job Summary
Saginaw Township Community Schools are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as Sherwood Pool Guest Services – Swim School. This part-time position involves monitoring check‑in procedures and swim activities during the Swim School program and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations if needed.
Responsibilities- Monitoring the swimming area
- Enforce pool rules and regulations
- Provide assistance and first aid in case of emergencies
- Communicate effectively with swimmers and parents
- Attend training sessions and staff meetings
- Report any incidents or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly
- Red Cross CPR/AED certification is required
- Red Cross First Aid certification is required
- Available to work evening hours
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attendance
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday- 4:15 pm - 8:15 pm
