Location: Regional (OTR – Not Home Nightly)

  New CDL-A drivers are paired with experienced mentors for both local and regional OTR routes
• Transition to OTR schedule after training

• Safely transport dry van freight across interstate routes
• Follow all DOT and company safety regulations
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Secure and inspect cargo to ensure safe delivery
• Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation
• Perform basic truck maintenance checks

• Valid CDL-A license
• Willingness to work an OTR schedule (5 days out and 2 days in)
• Strong commitment to safety and reliability
