RNDC is looking for energetic Delivery Drivers that possess a CDL license. As a member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the products we sell are delivered on time and orders are filled accurately. We provide the training and support you need to make a meaningful difference.

• Accurately deliver all products by bottle, case, or pallet from the delivery truck to the customer’s account by hand truck.
• Safely operate the commercial vehicle and properly conduct pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, noting any vehicle defects.
• Make an average of 20 timely deliveries a day; may deliver more accounts during high‑volume seasons.
• Verify receipt of the correct order with the customer by checking the product against the invoice, obtaining the customer signature and payment if necessary for goods received.
• Ensure physical security of the truck at all times.
• Provide regular feedback to management regarding route changes, concerns, or areas of opportunity.
• Abide by DOT hours of service rules and regulations for your license type.
• May utilize a smartphone for interaction with hours‑of‑service (HOS) software, point‑of‑delivery (POD) invoicing, and/or driver monitoring programs.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, two years of delivery experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The employee must regularly lift up to 50 pounds and will occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.

• Requires a current Class B CDL driver’s license (Class A CDL also allowed and may be required for positions based on location); ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements.
• Must be able to obtain a valid DOT medical certification card and file it appropriately with the state motor vehicle department.
• Alcohol Beverage Commission (ABC) license, as required by the state.

• 3+ years of commercial driving experience
