Hr. Additions has a client seeking an experienced Bilingual Human Resources Manager to join its leadership team. This role will oversee employee relations, performance management, training, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employment law compliance while supporting a positive and engaged workforce.
LocationNorth Fort Worth, TX
Salary$105K-$110K Base + 10% Targeted Bonus
ScheduleOnsite/Full Time
Language RequirementBilingual English/Spanish Required
Key Responsibilities- Partner with plant leadership on HR strategy and workforce initiatives.
- Lead employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, retention, and engagement efforts.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR best practices.
- Utilize HR data and metrics to drive decision-making and improvements.
- Coach and support managers on performance management and employee development.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- 7+ years of HR Management experience including employee relations, training, performance management and legal compliance
- Manufacturing HR Management experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
