• Prospect for new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and lead sources
• Connect with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and goals
• Develop personalized quotes, explain coverage options, and confidently ask for the sale
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and build relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
• Meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining compliance with company and underwriting guidelines

• Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Texas Life & Health license is a plus
• Previous insurance, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, competitive, and comfortable with outbound prospecting
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and follow-through skills
• Coachable, professional, positive, and comfortable learning insurance software and technology
