• Execute daily bank transaction bookings and reconciliations

• Prepare journal entries and support monthly financial closes

• Handle high-risk general ledger entries accurately

• Manage customer invoicing and billing corrections

• Oversee vendor onboarding and assist with payment processes

Requirements:

• Education in accounting or finance; CPA progress a plus

• Proven knowledge of SaaS revenue recognition

• Experience working in small company environments

• Strong communication skills with customer interactions

• High attention to detail and project management capabilities
