EPIQ Hybrid Accounting Technician

EPIQ is looking for an experienced Accounting Technician to support its financial department. Reporting to the Director of Finance and Administration, this role focuses on bank reconciliations, monitoring accounts receivable, and producing financial reports to help with company projects. You will work in a friendly environment that values commitment and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed bank reconciliations for varied accounts

• Ensure timely matching of payments and invoices

• Analyze collectability of client accounts and report findings

• Track and manage problematic accounts

• Prepare invoices for projects and validate payment terms

Requirements:

• DEC in accounting or related vocational diploma

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting

• Strong proficiency in Excel and Office 365

• Ability to communicate in French and English preferred

• Excellent attention to detail and resourcefulness
