As a member of MNP's Assurance Skilled Standards team, you will utilize your knowledge to enhance financial reporting practices. This position will allow you to provide critical support on quality initiatives while promoting continuous learning through the development of training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside managers and partners on assurance matters

• Ensure quality control throughout accounting engagements

• Address ASPE, IFRS, and CAS inquiries

• Keep updated with industry changes through research

• Develop and contribute to training initiatives for staff

Requirements:

• Pursuing or have completed CPA designation

• Fluency in both French and English to facilitate diverse collaborations

• 1 to 3 years in public accounting

• Strong skills in project management and communication

• Proficient analytical and critical thinking skills
