Maîtrisez Excel, Acomba et Microsoft 365 comme adjoint administratif à la Maison d'Hébergement Le Séjour. Soutenez directement la gestion financière d'un organisme communautaire.
Sous l'autorité de la direction générale, vous assurez la gestion administrative et financière de l'organisme. Vous administrez le système comptable, suivez les opérations financières et soutenez les activités de gestion. Votre profil comprend une très bonne connaissance en comptabilité, ainsi qu'une excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques.
Responsabilités principales :- Administrer le système comptable de l'organisme
- Assurer le suivi des opérations financières
- Soutenir les activités de gestion
- Contribuer à la gestion administrative et financière
- DEC-BAC en administration, comptabilité et gestion
- Excellente maîtrise d'Excel, Acomba et Microsoft 365
- Très bonne connaissance des principes comptables
- Grand sens de l'organisation, rigueur et efficacité
- De 5 à 10 ans d'expérience
Votre rigueur comptable et votre maîtrise d'Acomba soutiendront la gestion administrative de la Maison d'Hébergement Le Séjour.
