The role requires a qualified individual with experience in logistics, administrative tasks, and proficiency in Office 365, particularly advanced Excel. You will play a key role in communicating with various departments to ensure smooth order tracking and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter customer orders into the computer system
• Provide administrative and customer service support
• Coordinate with departments to track orders
• Answer calls from customers and partners
• Process invoices and draft correspondence
Requirements:
• DEP, AEC, or DEC in administration or related field
• Previous experience as a logistics agent
• Proficiency in Office 365, especially Excel
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks
• Strong attention to detail and adaptability
