One of our clients, a company that offers an integrated management system for recyclable products, is looking for a Logistics Agent to join its team.
Job Details Permanent position
Group insurance and other employee benefits
Monday through Friday schedule (40 hours/week: 7:30 a.M. to 4:00 p.M.)
On-site position at the Blainville office
Salary 45k-50k
Responsibilities Entering customer orders into the computer system
Providing administrative, accounting, and customer service support
Coordinating and communicating daily with various departments to track orders
Answering calls from customers and partners
Processing customer invoices
Drafting and sending necessary correspondence
Assist managers with the supplier invoice approval process
Provide administrative support to the sales and operations teams
Qualifications DEP, AEC, or DEC in administration or a related field
Experience in a similar role
Proficiency with Office 365 (advanced Excel)
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Attention to detail, thoroughness, and professionalism
Adaptability
Ability to work well in a team in a growing setting
