Responsibilities

Professional Greeting:
Welcoming visitors and clients with courtesy and a smile.

Call Management:
Operating the switchboard and routing calls to the appropriate departments.

Administrative Support:
Handling incoming/outgoing mail, coordinating couriers (Fed Ex/UPS), and providing basic data entry support.

Front Desk Upkeep:
Ensuring the reception area remains tidy and professional at all times.

Qualifications

Bilingualism:
Excellent command of both English and French (essential for interaction outside of the country)

A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and impeccable presentation.

Punctuality:

Experience:
