A glimpse of your role
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing, estimating, and negotiating commercial and industrial construction projects in close collaboration with our current Project Managers and the design team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing plans and specifications to prepare accurate and detailed estimates
Evaluating project costs from start to finish
Preparing and organizing the cost breakdown for construction contracts
Sending invitations to all divisions for bidding
Analyzing, following up, and selecting the most advantageous bids for the project
Planning and coordinating all subcontractors involved in the work
Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project
Planning the construction budget
Supporting both the construction and design teams
Identifying opportunities for process improvement
Participating in meetings related to ongoing projects
Preparing all necessary project documentation

This is you:
College diploma (DEC) in Estimation Technology / Architecture
University degree in a related field (asset)
Strong analytical skills and motivated by challenges
Team spirit, initiative, and autonomy
Leadership and passion for your work
Ability to manage stress and work under pressure
Excellent command of French (written & spoken) and good command of English (asset)
Relevant experience in the field
Knowledge of AutoCAD
Knowledge of MS Project and Bluebeam (asset)
