Take the lead as a Project Coordinator at Zgemi Inc., a full-service construction management firm. Drive project success through coordination, documentation, and procurement every workday.
Zgemi Inc. is seeking two experienced Project Coordinators to enhance our dynamic team. This permanent position allows you to engage in construction projects from inception to closeout. Your expertise in scheduling, document control, and cost tracking will ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare necessary documents for project startup
• Maintain organized site reports on the server
• Update stakeholder lists across multiple projects
• Process purchase orders and coordinate drawings
• Conduct weekly site visits and progress reports
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Construction Management or related field
• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project Management Software
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License needed for site visits
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
