With a minimum of 12 years in ICI construction and 7 years in a project management role, you will lead a large team while ensuring strong client relations.
Your role will involve coordinating with stakeholders and producing timely, accurate project reports. You will also monitor cost forecasts and conduct effective project meetings to ensure alignment and progression.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead construction management from design to completion
• Prepare and ensure accuracy in billing for owners and subcontractors

Requirements:
