What you will doQuality management on projects
- Deploy and enforce the Quality Plan on construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, standards, codes, and internal procedures.
- Implement required quality controls at the various stages of construction work.
- Monitor, analyze, and close non‑conformities.
- Maintain an active presence on construction sites to support field teams.
- Act as a quality resource for Project Managers, Superintendents, and Subcontractors.
- Participate in site meetings as required.
- Identify quality risks early in the project lifecycle.
- Propose, implement, and follow up on preventive and corrective actions.
- Contribute to the improvement of quality practices, tools, and processes.
- Participate in lessons learned and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
- Manage, update, and monitor quality documentation.
- Prepare required quality reports for projects and management.
- Training in construction (trade diploma or technical diploma), engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in quality management within construction projects.
- A strong understanding of on‑site realities and construction constraints.
- The ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
- Strong technical documentation skills and comfort with digital tools.
