- Support Advisors with account administration, documentation, and order processing activities
- Communicate regularly with clients and Advisors to address inquiries and provide timely updates
- Manage incoming requests across multiple communication channels while maintaining a high standard of service
- Research and resolve escalated client concerns, recommending effective solutions when needed
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with established processes and service standards
- 2+ years of client service experience within financial services, wealth management, or the mutual fund industry
- Post‑secondary education in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Fully bilingual in English and French, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and relationship‑building abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and make sound decisions under pressure
- Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and a collaborative approach to work
