At Top Aces, the Technical Standards and Training Instructor will focus on developing and managing the Maintenance Training System. This role requires cooperation with various departments and a commitment to uphold and promote essential maintenance standards. You'll be responsible for the integration of new staff, tracking their training progress, and mentoring technicians to utilize company software effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee initial training for new employees on operational platforms

• Monitor the aircraft qualification path for new technicians

• Mentor newly hired technicians in policies and procedures

• Conduct training on ground support equipment as needed

• Ensure compliance with Environmental Health and Safety regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years' experience with Top Aces

• Flight line and heavy maintenance experience preferred

• Transport Canada AME license desirable

• Proficiency in Aircraft Maintenance Software (RAMCO)

• Strong communication skills with mentoring ability
