Lecturer D/5 Full-Time Equivalent Salary Range: $8,593 – $15,211 per month
Position Summary  The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry is collecting application materials for a pool of lecturers to be appointed during the 2026-27 academic year. Depending on need and lecturer qualifications, candidates may be required to teach general chemistry lectures or labs, organic chemistry lectures or labs, or other advanced courses. Appointments from the pool are temporary and often made just prior to the start of an academic term.

Minimum Qualifications   Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications   Teaching experience in a variety of chemistry and biochemistry disciplines.
Advanced degrees (MS, EdD, PhD) in chemistry, biochemistry, or related fields.
Responsibilities   Teaching assignments based on individual qualifications and departmental needs.
