Enhance talent development at a premier aerospace firm in Mirabel as a Technical Trainer. This full-time role is focused on delivering and designing impactful training programs.

As the Technical Trainer, you will report to the Technical Director and play a critical role in upskilling employees and clients. You will analyze training needs, develop plans, and create content to address these needs effectively. Your responsibilities include delivering training sessions and ensuring all materials remain current and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse training requirements to set learning goals

• Create and review training content with specialists

• Deliver technical training sessions for optimal performance

• Evaluate training programs and their effectiveness

• Monitor compliance within the aerospace certification system

Requirements:

• Experience in aircraft maintenance or equivalent

• Proven experience in training delivery and coaching

• Strong problem-solving and initiative

• Excellent bilingual communication skills

• Ability to meet client training needs
