Do you want to contribute to talent development within an organization recognized for its aviation expertise? We are looking for a passionate and organized Technical Trainer to support the upskilling of our teams and clients.

Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be responsible for:

• Analyzing training needs to define learning priorities and strategies
• Developing training plans for various operational roles
• Designing, reviewing, and improving training content with internal and external experts
• Creating innovative training tools and materials
• Delivering technical training sessions and supporting employees in task execution
• Keeping training materials up to date and performing necessary revisions
• Evaluating program effectiveness and measuring outcomes
• Monitoring regulatory and technical training within the certification system
• Preparing and archiving training certificates in digital records
• Providing training records to clients and authorities as required
• Understanding and addressing client training requirements related to airworthiness agreements
• Deploying specific training programs based on contractual agreements
• Performing any other related duties

• Training and experience in aircraft maintenance (or equivalent combination considered)
• Experience delivering training and providing on-the-job coaching
• Strong initiative and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bilingual French/English (spoken and written)
