We are searching for an organized Technical Trainer to report to the Technical Director, responsible for developing and delivering tailored training solutions. You will analyze learning needs, design comprehensive training plans, create materials, and evaluate training effectiveness. The position also involves managing training records and ensuring compliance with airworthiness standards.

• Define training strategies based on analyzed needs

• Develop and enhance training plans for operational roles

• Create engaging training content with experts

• Deliver training sessions and support employees

• Monitor regulatory training and updates

Requirements:

• Background in aircraft maintenance or equivalent experience

• Proven training delivery and coaching skills

• Proactive and solution-oriented

• Excellent interpersonal communication

• Bilingual in French and English
