Quality Management Lead in Engineering

You'll be a key player in managing quality standards within engineering teams. Your responsibilities will include performing audits, supporting inspections, and managing engineering quality issues as part of a collaborative effort. The focus will be on enhancing processes through innovative REX initiatives to reduce non-quality costs drastically.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure engineering teams apply key processes

• Conduct audits and support inspections effectively

• Challenge and review engineering management plans

• Oversee Critical Item Assessment (CIA) initiatives

• Lead improvements in engineering practices via REX

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent

• 5-10 years in quality management positions

• Knowledge of rail industry standards beneficial

• Proven experience in team management

• Proficient in audit and risk analysis tools
