Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supplier quality and process development expertise in a cutting‑edge field. You’ll work alongside proactive and collaborative teammates. You’ll ensure that supplier product and process developments meet contract and quality requirements for purchased parts. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, procurement, and project management), oversee supplier quality activities, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of monitoring and validating supplier product/process development against Alstom standards, but also coordinate First Article Inspections (FAI) and support the resolution of non‑conformities.

  • Leading supplier quality activities for designated commodities across projects
  • Defining and deploying the Part Approval Process and SPQD cycle
  • Conducting supplier risk assessments and ensuring compliance before “Go Order”
  • Making Go/No-Go decisions for production and FAI milestones
  • Tracking supplier deliverables via the Supplier Quality Portal (SQP)
  • Driving suppliers to meet FAI Go On Time targets and escalating issues when needed
  • Evaluating supplier maturity, including FMEA, control plans, and work instructions
  • Preparing incoming inspection requirements for first deliveries
  • Reporting regularly on project quality status and contributing to continuous improvement (REX, APSYS)
All About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing, quality, or project roles
  • Familiarity with supplier qualification standards (ISO, ASME, IRIS)
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation and supplier contracts
