Join Alstom as a Bogie/CAD Industrial Designer in St-Bruno, QC, and leverage your design expertise in a pivotal role. Contribute to sustainable transportation through innovative solutions.
This full-time position offers you the opportunity to engage in mechanical design and work collaboratively with various teams. You will play an integral role in developing bogie systems, ensuring effective integration and functionality. Your responsibilities will include creating 3D models, performing technical reviews, and supporting production testing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute reviews for bogie feasibility and master plans
• Develop and manage technical specifications
• Design 3D models and perform sizing calculations
• Write and prepare technical responses for tenders
• Participate in product testing and quality assurance
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2-3 years of relevant mechanical experience
• Strong proficiency in CAD design
• Understanding of manufacturing processes
• Bilingual in French and English
