As a Structural Design Mechanical Lead Engineer, you'll spearhead the development of carbody structures for complex projects. With over 8 years of experience in mechanical design and validation, you'll manage the full lifecycle of requirements, ensuring conformity and best practices. Your strong problem-solving skills will help resolve challenges and uphold design quality and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage requirements lifecycle from analysis to validation

• Prepare documentation for carbody shell

• Coordinate with Weight Discipline Engineer on weight analysis

• Develop design solutions per project specifications

• Lead dimensioning verification with FEA and Crash teams

Requirements:

• OIQ Member; degree in Mechanical Engineering required

• 8+ years in complex mechanical design experience

• Familiarity with welded structures and geometric tolerancing

• Proficiency in French and English

• Strong communication and organizational skills
