Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and allocate resources for various projects

• Ensure application of technical processes in Mechanical Integration

• Collaborate with Technical Directors on workload management

• Support multi-domain issue resolution and technical document validation

• Report progress and flag key issues to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred

• 7+ years in mechanical engineering applications

• Knowledge of structural design and railway products

• Bilingual in French and English

• 5+ years of experience in team management
