Drive mechanical integration excellence with Alstom as a Lead Engineer. Apply your mechanical engineering skills in a highly collaborative environment focused on innovative railway projects.
In this crucial role, you will manage mechanical integration activities to ensure project compliance with quality, cost, and delivery commitments. With a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and five years of relevant experience, you’ll collaborate with teams across sourcing, industrialisation, and manufacturing.
Your role forms the backbone of successful project execution, from Space Allocation Mock-ups to Design Reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and perform Space Allocation Mock-ups (SAM)
• Create annotated SAMs ensuring supplier compliance
• Design detailed 3D and 2D models for production
• Plan mechanical integration activities aligned with customer needs
• Prepare mechanical integration Design Reviews and follow up on actions
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5 years’ experience with railway products
• Strong operational English skills
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Hands-on problem-solving mindset
